Privacy Policy

Last updated July 10, 2026

This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. The short version: your data is yours, we don't sell it, and we use a small set of trusted providers to run the Service.

1. Who we are

Bettr Manager is operated by BETTR MANAGER, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Bettr Manager, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and the Bettr Manager application.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, work email, and the sign-in activity we need to keep your account secure.
  • Business information — the data you and your team put into Bettr Manager to run your operation, such as companies, recipes, inventory, lots, orders, and employees.
  • Billing information — your plan, subscription status, and billing contact. Card details go directly to our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
  • Usage information — basic technical data such as your browser type, pages you visit in the app, and error reports we use to keep the Service working.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, and secure the Service;
  • process your subscription and payments;
  • respond to you and provide support;
  • diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the Service; and
  • send you service and billing messages, such as receipts and payment notices.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business data to advertise to you.

4. Service providers (processors)

We rely on a small set of vendors to run the Service. They process data only on our instructions and under agreements that require them to protect it:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Resend — sending our transactional and account emails.
  • DigitalOcean Spaces — storing the files and documents you upload.
  • New Relic — application monitoring and error reporting so we can keep the Service reliable.

5. Cookies and sessions

We use a single cookie to keep you signed in — your authentication session. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party ad trackers, or cross-site tracking. Because the sign-in cookie is required for the app to work, it cannot be turned off while you use the Service.

6. How we share information

We share information only with the service providers listed above, with people inside your own organization who have access to your account, and when we are legally required to — for example, to comply with a valid legal request, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights and safety of people and the Service. If we are ever part of a merger or acquisition, we will require the successor to honor this Privacy Policy.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Because Bettr Manager keeps an event history of your operation for traceability, records are retained rather than erased in place. After your account ends, we retain information only as long as we need it for legal, tax, and security purposes, and then delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to notify you if a breach affecting your data occurs, as required by law.

9. Your privacy rights (California and Nevada)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, California residents can request access to the personal information we hold, request its deletion or correction, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Under Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A), Nevada residents may submit a verified request that we not make any covered sale of their personal information. We do not sell personal information covered by that law.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].

10. International users

Bettr Manager is operated in the United States and intended for United States businesses. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

11. Children's privacy

Bettr Manager is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will give you reasonable notice — for example, by email or an in-app notice — and update the "last updated" date above.
