The two ways to reach a person from Bettr — the question form on every docs page and the Report a bug form inside the app — with every field each one asks for and what it sends.

Real help from real food people
Chef Diego runs a real food plant. If this page didn't get you there, tell us — a person reads every message.
Reach for this when you want to know exactly what a help form asks before you fill it in — which fields are yours to type, which ones are filled in for you, and where your message lands. Bettr gives you two forms: the question form at the bottom of every docs page, and the Report a bug form in the corner of every screen inside the app, from your profile to a production run.
The question form
Every page in these docs ends with a card headed Real help from real food people, with Chef Diego's photo and an Ask a question button. Press it and a short form opens over the article, so you keep your place. It is the same form as the full-page Talk to us, and it works whether or not you're signed in.
Fields you fill in
Your name — required.
Email — required, and it has to be a real address, because this is where the reply goes. When your message sends, the form confirms it's in and shows this address back, so you can check it's the one you actually watch.
What can we help with? — required. What you're trying to do and where it went sideways.
Filled in for you
The docs page you asked from rides along on its own, so you never have to say which article you were reading. Your reply comes to the email you typed.
The Report a bug form
A Report a bug button sits in the bottom-right corner of every screen inside Bettr. Because it lives in the app, you're already signed in when you use it — that's the one difference from the question form. Press it and a small form opens in place, over whatever screen you're on.
Fields you fill in
What happened? — required, and the only field. Write what you saw and what you expected instead.
Filled in for you
Four things attach on their own, pulled from where you are and who you are: the address of the screen you're on, your name, your account email, and your current company. When you send, you get a quick Thank you for your report! The reply comes to your account email — so if yours ever changes, keep it current on your profile.
