Bettr posts a notification the moment an event you've turned on fires — a receipt stuck on a QC hold, an order out the door. Your notifications inbox is where those land, so the right person sees them instead of hearing about it a shift too late. Open Notifications for the full list, or reach for the bell in the top bar from any screen.
Open the bell
The bell sits in the top bar on every screen. A dot on it means you have unread notifications. Select it for your most recent unread ones — up to 15, newest first — under a running count of how many are still unread.
Open a notification
Select any notification to jump straight to the record it's about — the purchase order on hold, the sales order that shipped, the count that finished. Opening it marks that one .
See your whole inbox
From the bell, select See all notifications to open the full feed — every notification you've received, read or not, newest first. You can also open Notifications directly.
Clear your unread count
Select Mark all as read, on the bell or at the top of the feed, to drop your unread count to zero in one move. It shows only while you have something unread.

A notification sits in one of three states, and Bettr keeps the history behind each one rather than overwriting it:
Mark all as read is not the same as opening each one
Mark all as read moves everything from New to Read so your count reads zero — it doesn't mark anything Actioned. Only opening a notification, and landing on its record, marks that one Actioned.
The feed lists every notification you've received for the company you're in, newest first, in pages of 20 — use the pager at the bottom to reach older ones. Refresh pulls in anything that's arrived since you opened the page. When there's nothing waiting, the feed reads You're all caught up!
Each company keeps its own inbox. Switch companies in the top bar and the feed follows, so a notice for one plant never clutters another's.
The bell watches for you
You don't have to keep refreshing to catch something new. The bell checks on its own every few seconds, so its dot appears the moment a notification lands.
