The company card just got reissued with a new number, and the old one is what Bettr charges each month — so the next renewal bounces unless you swap it. You fix that yourself, without emailing anyone, from the Billing section of Plan & billing: one button opens Stripe's secure portal for the card and your receipts, and right below it is where you cancel or resume your plan.

Open Plan & billing
From the account menu in the top-right corner, select Plan & billing. Bettr shows the plan for the company you're signed into — switch companies in the top navigation first if you run more than one.
Find the Billing section
Scroll to Billing, below your current plan and your seats. It holds one button for your payment details, with the cancel or resume control under it.
Open the portal
Select Manage payment method & invoices. Bettr hands you off to Stripe's hosted portal, where the card on file is kept. Make your changes there, then use the portal's own return link to come back to Plan & billing.
The portal is where the card we charge lives, so open it whenever a card is reissued, expires, or you switch which account pays. The invoices in that portal are the ones for your Bettr subscription — the charges you pay us — not the customer invoices you raise over in Invoices.
You rarely need the portal just to see a receipt, though: every time a monthly or annual charge goes through, Bettr emails you the receipt, so your paid subscription invoices land in your inbox on their own.
A failed charge doesn't lock you out
If a payment doesn't go through, Bettr tells you and keeps your access on rather than cutting you off — so a lapsed card is something you sort out on your own time from the portal, not an emergency.
Canceling happens right on Plan & billing, not inside the portal. The subscription is month-to-month with no long-term contract and no notice period, so you can stop it whenever you want.
Select Cancel plan
In the Billing section, below the payment button, select Cancel plan.
Confirm in the dialog
Bettr asks Cancel your plan? and names the date your access runs through. Select Cancel plan to confirm, or Keep my plan to back out.
Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for; after that the plan ends and the modules it turned on switch off. Your core screens stay reachable so nothing traps your records inside.
Canceling isn't deleting
Ending your plan doesn't erase anything. Your data stays and exports with you, during the subscription and after it ends — so leaving is a billing decision, not a data one.
If you've canceled but the paid period hasn't run out yet, the Billing section shows a Resume plan button and the date your access is set to end. Select Resume plan to call off the cancellation and keep the plan renewing.
Once the period ends and the plan has actually lapsed, Plan & billing changes: in place of your plan you'll see Start a plan, where you pick a plan and an interval and subscribe again. Your data is waiting for you when you do.
